NISS Delegation Visits Oyo SSG During Ibadan Study Tour

Delegates from the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS) led by their team leader Mrs. Halima Ibrahim, fsi on Monday paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary to the Oyo State Government, Professor Musibau Babatunde as part of their study tour to the Oyo State. The Programme was held at the HOS conference room, Secretariat, Ibadan.
